Our Pricing & Costs

We believe in straightforward, transparent pricing, with no hidden charges. All work is subject to VAT at the current rate.

We charge work at a standard hourly rate, plus the cost of any materials provided. There is a minimum charge of one hour for all jobs. For instances where a tradesperson is required as a matter of urgency, our fixed call out charge will apply.

We can try to offer estimated prices, for call out repairs but in most cases our tradesperson will need to see the problem at your property before giving you a quote, to ensure it is as accurate as possible.

We are happy to provide a free, no obligation quote and agree this with you in writing before work commences. We pride ourselves on providing a comprehensive and accurate quotation quickly. This means, unless what you want changes, you will only pay what you have been quoted, and the work will be delivered within the designated time.

Your tradesperson will discuss any price amendments with you and you’ll be asked to agree the amendment in writing, before any amendments to the work goes ahead.
